What is the Extravaganza?
Home owners and agents open up their active, listed homes for sale, for the general public to see. It is a HUGE open house event BUT- it is so much more! Event-goers line up at the entrance of Point Venture and receive a scavenger hunt game card. The event-goers see as many homes as they can in the 3 hour period and try to find the items on the game board. They get a sticker for each item they find (the more stickers, the better chance to win). At the end, the event-goers turn in their game card for the talley. They then head to the Caddie Shack for a free lunch and the prize giveaway.
